ISTG Logo Immigrant Ships Transcribers Guild This is a free web site  built by volunteers dedicated to making the search for our ancestors immigration easier. This is a relatively new project. When we first linked to this site they had 4000 manifests transcribed.  That number is now17,000+ Passenger Manifests in 16 Volumes plus
numerous other passengers listed in Special Projects.

GenLookup GenLookups.com is a national wide directory of  genealogy lookup volunteers on the web. Potentially a very helpful site. Before using it, read their "Rules for Researchers" - a nice explaination of the ettiquette that one should follow when requesting information from a lookup volunteer.
