Bender Family Burying Ground a NYGenWeb county site for Albany County Genealogy and History

From Albany, Delaware Ave. to Elsmere Ave. turn left on Elsmere Ave for .9 mile. Burying ground on your left, back from road about 500 ft. These were removed to Bethehem Cemetery 1935-1936. Mar. 18, 1852 ae. 80 yr. and his wife Candace Russel d. Sept. 7, 1862 ae 76 yr. 10 mo. 6 dy Adaline, dau. of John and Cynthia Ruso d. Aug. 21, 1853 ae. 1 yr. 11 mo. Charles Edward son of John and Cynthia Ruso d. July 20, 1855 age 6 mo. Nicholas Russo d. Sept. 9 1833 age 31 yr. 3 mo. 21 dy. David W Bender d. Apr. 2, 1838 age 37 yr. 4 mo. 8 dy. Elizabeth Bender wife of Nicholas Bender d. Ovt. 5, 1866 ae. 58 yr. 7 mo. 2 dy.
