The Bureau of Land Management shows that Elk Creek in currently under Lake Anna near the border between Hanover Co and Louisa Co. [1713] Tidewater Virginia Families Chapter 14 "The Bell Family" pg 375 The name of David Bell was not included in processioning lists after 1708. David Bell and George Bell appeared in the lists in January 1731. It is believed that they were two sons. They were living in the same precinct as Capt Winston.
