-At Gilbert's Cove, on the BJanuary, 1883, after a lingering illness, Elizabeth Ann, aged 51 years, beloved wife of Jacob Kinney, Esq. (*struck by a train)
-At Digby, on the 17th inst., Charlotte Wade, aged 54 years. The deceased was sister of John C. Wade, Esq., barrister, who together with a large circle of relatives and friends deeply mourn their loss.
-On the 18th inst., Lavinia, wife of Nathaniel Hupman, aged 25 years.
-At Port Mouton Island, on the 19th inst., Mary, wife of Mr. Henry Moody.

-At Shelburne, 15th ult., of consumption, Agnes W, wife of J. E. Young, and daughter of James P. Johnstone, in the 28th year of her age.
-At Colima, Province Guadalajara, Republic Mexico, Jan. 14 inst., in the 56th year of his age, Alastar Cam Forbes, youngest son of the late Capt. Forbes, H.M. 64th regiment, and brother of Dr. J. G. Forbes, M.P. of Liverpool.
-At Liverpool, N.S., on Tuesday morning, 27 ult., Mr. Benjamin Cole, aged 75 years.
-At Eel Brook, on the 26th ult., of dropsy, Jean Bourque, Esq., J. P., in the 82nd year of his age. Deceased was for many years warden and choir-leader of St. Ann's Church, R.I.P.
-At Carleton, 6th Feb., Charlie, infant son of Frank and Sarah F. Normandy.
-At Central Argyle, 19th ult., Prince Spinney, in the 71st year of his age.

-Suddenly, at the Methodist Home, New York, on the 12th ult., Rebecca, wife of Henry Hall, and eldest daughter of the late William Gardner, of Liverpool.
-At sea, Feb. 12th, while on the passage from Savannah to Philadelphia, Ellen, wife of ____ Foster, of Boston, and daughter of the late Michael and Catherine Judge, of Caledonia. Her remains were buried at sea.
-At Gloucester, Mass., on the 23rd ult., George T. Gardner, son of the late William Gardner, of Liverpool, aged 49 years, 1 month.
-At Port Jollie, on Sunday, 4th inst., Margaret J., wife of Nathaniel Robertson, aged 59 years.

-At Yarmouth, March 31st, after a long and painful illness, Minnie, aged 24 years, only daughter of James H. and Margaret H. Munro.

-On Thursday evening, April 5th, Charles K. Dowley, in the 38th year of his age, leaving a widow and four children to mourn their loss. Funeral from his late residence at 2:30 this (Saturday) afternoon.
-At the Poor House, on the 27th ult., in the 74th year of her age, Mary Lotz, a native of Yarmouth.

-On Sunday evening, Theodosia, beloved wife of Prince Doane. Funeral this day, Wednesday, at 1 o'clock, to Chebogue Cemetery.

-At the residence of the bride's father, March 17th, by Rev. Wm. Brown, Lemuel Herman, of Second Peninsula, and Lelia, Herman, of Herman's Island, Lunenburg.

-At Sanford, on the 11th inst., after a lingering illness, Mr. Isaac Foote, in the 64th year of his age, leaving a wife and seven children to mourn their loss.
-At Tusket, March 20th, Ann, wife of Mr. A. Spates, aged 81 years.
-At East Tusket River, March 28th, after a short illness, Jessie, beloved wife Mr. Benjamin Trefry, and daughter of William and Sarah H. Cavannah, aged 22 years. Her end was peace.
-At the residence of A. R. Durkee, Carleton, March 27th, Nellie Head, infant daughter of Mrs. Alice and the late C.B. Richardson, aged 1 year.

-On the 17th inst., Mr. John Cosman, of this town, in the 64th year of his age.
-At Brenton, on the 18th inst., Hannah L., daughter of Hugh Cann, aged 20 years and 1 month. Funeral from her late residence, to-morrow Sunday, at 9 a.m.
-At Maitland, on the 8th inst., Esther, only child of Frank and Minnie Sollows, aged 6 months and 13 days.

-On the Lighthouse Road, (Digby), on the 16th inst., Capt. E. H. Armstrong, son of the late George Armstrong, Esq., aged 27 years.

-At Worcester, Mass., on the 17th inst., after a short illness, Sarah Bella, beloved wife of H. E. Chute, Esq., formerly of Annapolis and the fifth daughter of Jacob Wyman, Esq., of Weymouth.

-On the 7th inst., at Annapolis, N. S., Samuel Whittington, aged 87 years, after a short illness, leaving one son and three daughters, and a large circle of friends to mourn their loss. Deceased was a native of Londonderry, Ireland, and a resident of this province for 67 years. His end was peace.
-On Saturday morning, Jan 10th, of diphtheria, Arthur Edward Waldemar, son of Sanford H. and Mary G. Pelton, aged 8 years and 9 months.
-At Hebron, on the 11th inst., after a short illness, Deborah T., beloved wife of Herbert Redding aged 55 years.

-On January 26th, Albert E. Crawford, aged 32, leaving a wife and five children. Funeral to-day, Wednesday, at 2 o'clock.
-On Saturday, 24th inst., after a painful illness, Bridget A., wife of Wentworth Thomas, in her 49th year, leaving a husband and five children to mourn the loss of a kind wife and an affectionate mother.
