Ann Capstick's Lockeport Pages - This particular hyperlink takes you to Ann's "Lockeport & the Lockes of Shelburne County" pages. These are very comprehensive and include the 1891 Lockeport Census, bible transcripts, and some Lockeport cemetery inscriptions (among many other topics).

Barb Trenholm's Genealogy Page - Some Loyalist families of Shelburne County: McKenney, Perry, and the Post-Loyalist family Hagar.

MacKay Family & Connections to the Maritimes by Micheal MacKay. A great site for "Mayflower" passengers, as well as United Empire Loyalists. Here you will find an ancestor tree for Hezekiah Smith & Abigail Doane among many others.

Family Tree Makers: The Bates/Allen/Brannen/Nickerson Family Page A great site for photos and info on these families and for William I, Stephen Hopkins of the Mayflower, and the decendents of Chief Ousamequin Massasoit of the Wampanoag nation.

The Goodwins of New England & Nova Scotia-This site covers a small branch (there are many) of those Goodwins who are descended from Josellyn Goodwin, born circa 1405 in England. The first of the line to emigrate to the New World was Daniel Goodwin, who ran an inn in Kittery, Maine, in the mid 1600s. Daniel's great-grandson, Nathan Goodwin, moved to Argyle, Nova Scotia, sometime in the 1700s
