McCarthy 29 June 1918 Pastor of Larry's River & Charlos Cove 14 Sept. 1918 - 15 July 1953 Pioneer in co-operative activities. Received hon. LL.D. degree from St. F.X. 1953 Pastor of Petit de Grat 15 July 1953 - 22 Aug. 1960 Made many other improvements. Died at Petit de Grat, N.S. 22 Aug. 1960 Buried at Petit de Grat by Bishop W.E. Power (12 days after arrival of Bishop Power to Diocese of Antigonish). |
