Conditions of grant: 
 * Yearly Quit Rent of 1 Shilling per 50 acres.
 *  To plant, cultivate improve or enclose:
     ~ within two (2) years, 1/3 of land + 2 acres of hemp
     ~ within twenty (20) years, second  1/3 of land
     ~ within thirty (30) years, remaining 1/3 of land
 * to settle themselves or a family, with proper stock and
    materials for improvement of said land before 30 Nov 1765
