Be it remembered that on the first day of November in the year of our Lord One thousand eight hundred and thirty two letters of administration of all and singular the goods and crdits which were of Ranald MacDonald late of Knoydart in the Upper District of the County of Sydney yeoman deceased at the time of his death who died interstate, was in due form of loans granted to William MacLeod of Arisaig Gulf Shore in the Upper District of the County of Sydney Clerk, and to Donald MacDonald (Martin’s Son) of Knoydart in the Upper District of the County afore said Yeoman they having been first sworn faithfully to administer the same and having given bonds with good securities in the sum of two hundred and fifty pounds of good and lawful money of Nova Scotia as is required by law, which sureties are John MacDonald (Martin’s Son) John MacDonald Miller both of Malignant Cove in the Upper District of the County of Sydney afore said and Province afore said Yeoman _________________________________________
