First Generation
1. David1 Ackerman was born in Oss, North Brabant, Holland 1613. David died January 6, 1662 in New Amsterdam, New York. He married Elizabeth De Villiers in Oss, North Brabant, Holland, September 16, 1641. Elizabeth was born in Dordrecht, Biesbosch, Holland January 24, 1615. Elizabeth died 1668 in Harlem, New York.
David Ackerman and Elizabeth De Villiers had the following child:

Second Generation
2. Laurens2 Ackerman (David1) was born in Geffen, Holland 1650. Laurens died 1707 in Woodridge, Bergen County, New Jersey. He married Geertje Egberts in Bergen, Bergen County, New Jersey, August 3, 1679. Geertje was born in New Albany.
Laurens Ackerman and Geertje Egberts had the following child:

Third Generation
3. David3 Ackerman (Laurens2, David1) was born in Hackensack, Bergen County, New Jersey 1689. He married Sarah Culver in Hackensack, Bergen County, New Jersey, March 19, 1709. Sarah was born on Long Island 1686. She was the daughter of Jacob Culver and Janetje Springsteen.
David Ackerman and Sarah Culver had the following child:

Fourth Generation
4. Jacobus4 Ackerman (David3, Laurens2, David1) was born in Hackensack, Bergen County, New Jersey 1719. He married Margaret Gudderits in Hackensack, Bergen County, New Jersey, September 26, 1740.
Jacobus Ackerman and Margaret Gudderits had the following child:

Fifth Generation
5. Dirk5 Ackerman (Jacobus4, David3, Laurens2, David1) was born in Hackensack, Bergen County, New Jersey 1743. He died in Shelbourne, Nova Scotia, Canada. Dirk married Elizabeth VanImburgh.
Dirk Ackerman and Elizabeth VanImburgh had the following child:

Sixth Generation
6. Abraham6 Ackerman (Dirk5, Jacobus4, David3, Laurens2, David1) was born in Shelbourne, Nova Scotia, Canada October 25, 1787. Abraham died October 15, 1870 in West Winfield, Herkimer County, New York, at 82 years of age. He married Rachel Cooper in Albany, Albany County, New York, January 26, 1809. Rachel was born in Albany, Albany County, New York August 13, 1791. She was the daughter of Obadiah Cooper and Annatje Vandenbergh. Rachel died July 12, 1831 in Schoharie, Schoharie County, New York, at 39 years of age.
Abraham Ackerman and Rachel Cooper had the following child:

Seventh Generation
7. Cornelius7 Ackerman (Abraham6, Dirk5, Jacobus4, David3, Laurens2, David1) was born in Middleburgh, Schoharie County, New York October 1828. Cornelius died June 30, 1901 in Richfield Springs, Otsego County, New York. He married Charity E. Brandow in Prattsville, Green County, New York, June 30, 1847. Charity was born in Prattsville, Green County, New York June 29, 1829. Charity died June 24, 1882 in West Winfield, Herkimer County, New York, at 52 years of age.
Cornelius Ackerman and Charity E. Brandow had the following children:

9. James Edward8 Ackerman (Cornelius7, Abraham6, Dirk5, Jacobus4, David3, Laurens2, David1) was born in West Winfield, Herkimer County, New York September 12, 1852. He died October 4, 1901 in Richfield Springs, Otsego County, New York, at 49 years of age. He married Eva Estella Wheeler in Richfield Springs, Otsego County, New York, November 26, 1873. Eva was born in Potsville, Otsego County, New York June 14, 1853. She was the daughter of Luzerne Wheeler and Catherine Bullis. Eva Wheeler died November 1, 1931 in Fort Plain, Montgomery County, New York, at 78 years of age.
James Edward Ackerman and Eva Estella Wheeler had the following children:
12 i. Pearl Estelle Ackerman9 was born in Richfield Springs, Otsego County, New York October 13, 1875. Pearl died December 19, 1956 in Sarasota, Sarasota County, Florida, at 81 years of age. Her body was interred in Richfield Springs, Otsego County, New York. Pearl married Lavern Frederick Saxton in Richfield Springs, Otsego County, New York, June 9, 1897. Lavern was born in Geneva, Ashtabula County, Ohio December 1, 1874. He was the son of Luman Edgar Saxton and Emily Grobetie. Lavern died July 19, 1967 in Sarasota, Sarasota County, Florida, at 92 years of age. His body was interred in Richfield Springs, Otsego County, New York.
