Alois A. Jaspaert, 70, of 3565 Culver Rd., died last night(June 22, 1959) in St. Marys Hospital after a brief illness. Mr. Jaspaert was a flooring contractor here for about 30 years. He conducted business from his home. A native of Belgium, Mr. Jaspaert came here about 55 years ago. He was a member of Our Lady of Victory Church and the William Tell Archery Club. Surviving are his wife, Clara; a daughter, Mrs. Raymond Frenz of Rochester; three grandchildren; two brothers, Camiel of Detroit and Emiel of Rochester; Two sisters, Mrs Rene Vanmulen and Mrs. Albert List, Both of Rochester, and a sister in Belgium; several nieces and nephews. The body will rest in Mattles Funeral Home, 853 Culver Rd. Funeral arragements are incomplete.

Camiel Jaspaer, of 4963 Churchill Rd., Brown City, died at home Saturday, of heart disease. Funeral services were held Tuesday afternoon in the Smith-Wolfe Funeral Home, Imlay City, with burial in Imlay Township Cemetery. The Rev John H. Balford, pastor emeritus of the First Congregational Churh, officiated.
He was born in Belgium, April 7, 1884 and had lived in Burnside Town ship for 31 years. He was a retired constuction worker and at the time of his death was operating a berry farm.
He married Phoebe Yax, Feb. 2,1950 She survives, and two brothers and a sister of Rochester, New York.

Friends may call Sunday 4-8 PM at the Dierna Funeral Home, 2309 Culver Rd. (near Norton) where her Funeral Service will be celebrated Monday at 10:30 AM. Interment at the convenience of the family. Elodie M. List, who celebrated her 100th birthday Jan. 1, 1986,died Oct.28, 1988, at age 102. She was the mother of Brockport resident Juliana List Noble, Adams Street. Born in Moerkerke, Belgium, Mrs. List had worked in the cities of Brussels and Bruges before coming to the united States in 1910. In 1911, she married Albert List, an Irondequoit farmer who later installed hardwood floors. She worked as a cook for Mike Magin at the old Rifle Range. Until she reached her 80s, she also took in ironing for a living. She enjoyed sewing and made many clothes for her grandchildren. Around 1912, Mr. List built the family home on Seneca Park Avenue, off St. Paul Boulevard. It was known as "Stop 14 off Summerville Boulevard," or "The Flats." Mrs. List continued to live in this home until 1980, when she moved to what is now called the Nor Loch Manor Nursing Home. In addition to Mrs. Noble, she is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Frederick and OliveList; her daughter and son-in-law, Virginia and Francis Thomas, Irondequoit; 15 grandchildren, 33 great-grandchildren, 14 great-great-grandchildren, and nieces and nephews. A memorial service was held Nov. 5 at St. Cecilias' Church.

Marie A. Frenz, 91, Beadles Point Road West, died early Saturday morning at St. Joseph's Hospital Health Center, Syracuse, where she had been a patient for several days. Mrs. Frenz was a homemaker and for many years a communicant at St. Vincent de Paul Church, Rosiere, NY
Born July 12, 1909 in Waterland-Oudeman, Belgium, daughter of Alois and Clara DeClerck Jaspaert, she attended schools in Belgium before moving to the Rochester area. She married Raymond J. Frenz on April 29, 1933. The couple lived in the Rochester area and in 1949 purchased a summer home at Cape Vincent. After Mr. Frenz retired from Eastman Kodak, Rochester, the couple spent summers at Cape Vincent and winters in Florida.
Surviving besides her husband are a son and a daughter-in-law, Raymond J. Jr. and Barbara, Columbus, Ohio; two daughters and two sons-in-law, Carolyn and Bud Scrantom, Richardson, Texas, and Kathryn and Dennis McCarthy, Syracuse; 10 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Friday at St. Vincent de Paul Church with the Rev. John Silver, pastor, officiating. Burial will be in St. Vincent de Paul Cemetery. Followed by a reception in the KofC Hall in Rosiere. There are no calling hours. Arrangements are with Cleveland Funeral Home. Donations may be made to St. Vincent de Paul Church, Rosiere , Cape Vincent, NY.

Mary C., wife of John J. SERTH 174 Bronson avenue, died yesterday at St. Mary's Hospital, aged 32 years. A husband, three children, two brothers and two sisters survive her. The funeral will take place Friday morning at 8:45 o'clock from the house, No. 174 Bronson avenue, and from SS. Peter and Paul's Church at 9:15 o'clock.

David Jones Dies at Albion at Residence of Daughter
The death of David Jones, a former resident of the town of Shelby, occurred Saturday at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Frank Clark, in South Main street, Albion. Mr. Jones was a native of Wales and came to Orleans county over forty years ago. He was a member of the Shelby M.E. Church, and leaves one daughter, Mrs. Frank Clark, of Albion; one sister, Mrs. C.T. Carnell, of Lockport, and one brother, John Jones, of Lockport. The funeral was held from the home of Frank Clark, in Albion, this afternoon at 1 o'clock, and the body was taken to Shelby for burial.
