Cooper and Joseph Jackson judges of the Superior Court of Commons pleas in the County of Morris that on the 21 Aug 1820 Samuel Cobb, Benjamin Smith and Thomas Van Winkle commissioners to make partition of a tract of land situate in the Township of Pequanock
bounded on the north by lands of Abraham Jacobus and John Salter or his assigns and on the east by lands of Jacob Mourison and Jacob Mourison Jun. on the south by lands of Martin Van Duyne and Henry Mourison and on the west by lands of Henry Mourison containing fifty acres.
This tract was published at the request of Henry Mouriosn who claims one undivided half part of the above land.
The other equal half share to be allotted to Moses Mourison & others the legal representative of Jacob Mourison deceased
the said Henry Mourison & Jacob Mourison being devises named in the last will & Testament of Hendrick Mourison, deceased.

Hettie A. Hopkins bid was $200 and the land was sold this land is on the south side of Monroe St.
