Attention Internet Explorer 7 & 8 Users:  The security defaults for IE7 & IE8 include an option that prevents website prompting such as the prompting for passwords that is done on this site.  Therefore if you as using IE7 or 8, are entering the password correctly and get a "Page not found" error on http://.....null.htm you will need to change a setting as follows:

Click on Tools --->Internet Options..  Then select the Security tab and left click on the Custom button .... A window with a detailed list of security options should come up.  Almost at the bottom of the list under "Scripting"  you will see "Allow websites to prompt for information using scripted windows".  Select enable for this option only and select OK to close this window and OK again to close the Internet Options window.
