Hunterdon County Query

I am trying to locate info. on a great uncle of mine who was Sheriff of Hunterdon Co. Of course, I have learned that Hunterdon Co. was much more extensive and could span into other counties of today. I think the dates would be somewhere in the 1885-1895 era but not sure. His name was Andrew KINNEY. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
