Charles Strine was a newspaper reporter and also worked for the Metropolitan Opera.  Grace may have been a schoolteacher.  They had one daughter, also named Grace, who was married to C. Arthur Britton (they also lived in Frenchtown)

Grace (Runyan) Strine and Florence (Runyan) Miles were sisters of my g-g grandfather, and all were devout Baptists when growing up in Montour Co., PA.
