Hunterdon County Query

Surname: LANE/AUBLE/MOORE/MOHR
I am looking for info on a JOHN LANE. He was the second husband of my gggrandmother, ESTHER MOORE (MOHR) AUBLE. ESTHER had four children when she married JOHN LANE. ESTHER and JOHN were married March 30, 1837, at the Zion Lutheran Church at Oldwick. I have been able to find nothing on JOHN. I have a 1850 Greene County, Illinois census showing only ESTHER and three of her four grown children. I am figuring JOHN must have died before then. Possibly in Hunterdon County. If anyone can help me with this piece of the puzzle I sure would appreciate it.
