Hunterdon County Query

Surname: HOFFMAN HOUSE/TEWKSBURY

We are looking for information about the previous owners of our historical home on 27 Welsh Road, Tewksbury Township. We believe it was built in 1790  with an addition in 1830. It is part of a once large 300 acre farm. Presently there are families living in the original farm house, another family is in the original barn and coach house and out house is the tenant house with an original summer kitchen. All of these present homes were part of the John E. Hoffman farm ( about 1920-1950). Hazel was the only child of John E. Hoffman and she married Sven Danielson about 1930. Their only child was Sven Danielson Jr. who lives on Deerhill Road in Tewksbury Township. What  I am really trying to figure out is when was this house originally built. There is a picture of this house at the Tewksbury Historical Society in Mountainville. The original farm house ( not mine) is presently owned by Mrs. Zollo and is called Bissell Farm located on Welsh Road. The original barn and coach house have been converted to single family home located at Welsh Road is owned by Steve Sherman.

We would like to know:
1. The original date of the house construction
2. When the summer kitchen was built
3. When the farm was subdivided into its present 3 family residences each existing on    about 3.5 acres each.
