Hunterdon County Query

Surname: UHLIG
Looking for any information on the name UHLIG from High Bridge N.J. PAUL UHLIG was my grandfather and he owned the dairy farm that is now where the High Bridge Hills golf course is. His wife was named MARGARET(sp?) His children's names are RICHARD, VIOLA, and RAYMOND. RAYMOND is the only one of the three that is deceased. I wish to find out more about PAUL UHLIG's parents and any possible relation to any other UHLIG's living today. Thanks in advance
