SKINNER
The Thomas Balch Library in Loudoun County, Virginia has record of Cornelius Skinner of Hunterdon County NJ and that he along with his 4 sons migrated from NJ to VA between 1769 and 1773. I am looking for Cornelius' birth, wife(or wives), any legal records he may have created while in NJ, and of course, any record of his parents. Thank you
