LANE/JEFFERSON
I am looking for information regarding the birth of Arena Roberta LANE, who was born in Whitehouse Station, NJ in or around 1888. Her mother was said to be a full-blood Cherokee Indian. "Bert", as she was called, died in the 1950's. At the time her last name was JEFFERSON, having been married to a Mal Jefferson, for whom I was named. "Bert" was my great-grandmother.
