Hunterdon County New Jersey Queries

WELSH
WELSH, WELCH, WELSCH, CRATER, SCHARPENSTEIN. Need any information on John Jacob WELSH, son of William WELSCH and Dorothy SCHARPENSTEIN of German Valley, Morris County, and his wife, Catherine CRATER. John Jacob (usually called Jacob) WELSH, was given a farm by his father in Tewksbury Township, Hunterdon County, where Jacob died in 1810, leaving a widow and eight young children. My gr-gr-grandfather, David M. WELCH, b. 1802, was one of those young children. According to my gr-grandfather Jacob WELCH's Civil War diary, he stopped enroute home from the war to visit relatives in Tewksbury and Flemington. Need any information on John Jacob WELSH, where he is buried, where was his farm, etc. Can you help?
