TITUS/LAGERE
August 1st, 1802 I joined in the banns of marriage Theophilus TITUS and Elizabeth Lagere both of Hopewell Township. Signed Nath'l Harris.

Theophilus TITUS was the son of Jesse TITUS and Mary PHILLIPS (hence the christian name Theophilus came into the TITUS family). Elizabeth LAGERE was the daughter of William LAGERE/LEGARE and his wife Eleanor BROACH of Somerset County.

I have not been above to find Theophilus TITUS b. circa 1780 d. ? in any "Old Hunterdon County" records which I have researched. If anyone has any information about this couple please contact me. I am willing to share all of my family history information. Thanks.
