HANN/HENN
HANN/HENN Family. I would like to correspond with anyone interested in the HANN Family of Hunterdon County. My grandmother was Sarah Crah HANN WILSON JACKSON b. 13 Oct 1882 in West Amwell Twp., d. 19 Jun 1968 in Trenton. I have traced her HANN ancestry back to Peter HANN (HENN) b. 1730 in Germany d. Bef 11 May 1811 in Amwell Twp., Hunterdon County.

I know there are a lot of HANNs buried at Rosemont, Hunterdon County but did not have the time during my last visit to "walk the yard" and record the families I am interested in.

I know there were earlier HANNs who settled in Morris County (Schooley's Mountain) in the early 1700's but have NOT found a connection to the HANNs of Amwell/Kingwood Townships of Hunterdon County although I would not at all be surprised to find out there is a "link" in the old country.
