BARBER/FOSTER
I am a descendant of Nathaniel BARBER, born 27 Dec., 1759. According to a family bible, he was the son of Mathias BARBER and Jane FOSTER. They were married 5 March 1751. They also had Samuel, b 29 Jan., 1753, Mary, born in Nov of 1755, Jesse, born in Dec of 1756(and he died 24 Dec., 1756.), and Thomas, born 14 Dec., 1757. Also, Jane married twice after Mathias died, to Joseph DAWSON, and to Daniel J. BUSKIRK. Nathaniel fought in the Revoltionary War, and married Ann WATSON on 15 Dec 1784 in Hunterdon Co., NJ. They went to Clermont Co., Ohio by 1810.

Does anyone have any information on Mathias BARBER or Jane FOSTER? I would be very appreciative.
