YOUNG
My Great Grandfather was born in Flemington, New Jersey in the late 1700s or early 1800s. His name was YOUNG, William Risler. He was married to STYRES (OR STIRES) HANNAH who was a sister of MRS MAHLON FISHER. A number of years ago my late husband and my daughter and son were in Flemington, NJ and we found some information in the Hall of Records and we saw the Mahlon Fisher home but it was closed.

My Grandfather YOUNG, THEODORE FRELINGHEISEN was born in Flemington, NJ prior to the Civil War.

The YOUNGS AND FISHERS left the Flemington area in the Mid 1800s to go into the lumbering business in Williamsport, Pa. Some information I was able to glean from the Williamsport, Pa library stated that some of the YOUNG ancestors perished in the Revolutionary War.

I would appreciate any information you could find on the YOUNGs. I was the youngest of ten children and unfortunately all my granparents died either before or soon after I was born.
