HULSHIZER/HULSIZER
Seeking info (especially parents) on Godfrey HULSHIZER, b abt 1814/18 NJ; d bef 1900; m Rosana DeWITT, b abt 1840 OH. They had ch: Andrew, b Jul 1860; George W., b Dec 1863; Amy/Emma, b abt 1865; Parcus, b Aug 1866;and Frank, b Nov 1868 (all born Mason Co, IL). Godfrey HULSHIZER was a miller by trade. The family is in Havana Twp, Mason Co in the 1860 census, and in Mason City Twp, Mason Co in the 1870 census. Have not been able to identify Godfrey in NJ, although both he and his parents are supposed to have been born there. Most of the Hulshizer/Hulsizer family are in Warren and Hunterdon Counties (NJ). Any help gratefully appreciated.
