FLUMMERFELT(FLOMERFELT)/MCKINEY
I am trying to locate information on the origination of a George FLUMMERFELT (FLOMERFELT) first listed as having married Susanna MCKINEY in Symmes Twp. Hamilton Co., Ohio on 6/27/1823. Theer is some indication that he was born in New Jersey approximately 1795-1805 based on his age in later census data. Believe he may possibly be a grandson of Zacharias FLUMERVELT listed in Early Germans of New Jersey, by Chambers. The name FLOMERFELT shows up many times in Hunterdon Co.and some of those surounding it during the 1800's. However I am missing a direct connection. Any information you might know of would be appreciated.
