They all being the children of my sister, Mary Swaine.
My friend Judah Swaine (a gun), my brother Jonathan Swaine my right to a tract of land at Cape Fear, to dispose of to which son hethinks best. After Swaine or Leffelet Swaine.
Cousin: Jemimah Beal a cow and calf running at her father's at Cape Fear.
Cousin: Jonathan Swaine at Cape Fear, my old gun and all the cattle to be divided among his brothers that are left, he having his equal part.
