AVOCA PUBLIC SCHOOL (District #20) 1890 SCHOOL CENSUS The following information was taken from the Cass County School Superintendent Records which are on file at the Cass County Courthouse in Plattsmouth as well as being on microfilm in the Nebraska State Historical Society Archives. The original record gives the age of the student, the number in each family and the legal description of where the family resided. The parent or guardian is given in capital letters with the student's name in lower case letters. Only children between the age of five and twenty-one were listed.
