LAING CEMETERY

The Laing Cemetery is a tiny family burial plot located in the Southwest Quarter of Sec 28, Twp 13, Range 12, on Buffalo Rd. near 108th St. The date of burials is unknown, but probably occurred in to the late 1800's.

It is enclosed by a fence and is in the middle of a field surrounded by private land. The enclosure would accomodate perhaps six burials. Those buried there are probably all children. There are no markers, although some of the "old timers" told me that they remember seeing markers (perhaps in the 1930's or 1940's).
