North Dakota Chapter Home Page

In 1620 the group of 102 passengers who crowded aboard Mayflower for the crossing were not from the same village, or from the same church or families. Many of the passengers were members of the Leiden congregation, but they were joined by a number of English families or individuals who were hoping to better their life situations, or were seeking financial gain. These two general groups have sometimes called the "saints" and "strangers".
This is the North Dakota chapter of the Mayflower Society Chartered October 25, 1947.  The very large number of decadents of the brave souls from the Mayflower have relocated to all parts of this great country. As with the North Dakota descendants, The Mayflower Society wishes to share this heritage and carry on the memory of our Pilgrim ancestors.
