BLABON

Blabon was a thriving railroad town of 3200 people in 1916. Now it is inhabited by maybe nine people in three or four households, and many pheasant and deer. Blabon was a Nowegian and Dane community with at one time a silent-era motion picture theater. It has a well-kept cemetery that may still be active. Blabon is located 75 miles northwest of Fargo in Steele County.
