---taken August 2012 by Julian Fender after the restoration project

Directions:  Proceed on 19W east towards Burnsville to the stop sign at Bee Log Junction.  Make a right turn and cross over the Cane River. Guys General Store/Gas Station is on the left.  Continue on Little Creek Road which bends sharply to the left.   Proceed for about a mile and make a left onto Bradford Road [there is an Old Barn on the corner].  Proceed 8/10th of a mile and make a right onto a grass-covered logging road and proceed until you pass the Brackins Cemetery. The logging road veers to the left and the Pitman Williams cemetery is on the right.  There is no designated parking area and the logging road is impassable without a 4-wheel drive.

NOTE: This project was in partnership and collaboration with Julian Fender who surveyed the cemetery, took all the photos (unless otherwise noted) and cleared off the cemetery which was badly overgrown.  Feel free to email me your comments, photos and info.
