There is an Allsbrook family cemetary, in Martin County, NC. Newsom
Allsbrook, farmer, lived in the county during the 1830? to 1880?. Is there
records of who was burried at this cemetary? I visited the cemetary, near
an old farm house, 40 years ago as a child, with my Mother, who was an
Allsbrook.

children and all three were born in Martin County, NC. The three children
are as follows: (1) John Daniel AMBROSE, born Oct. 3, 1851; (2) William
Stuart AMBROSE, born ~1856; (3) David F. AMBROSE, born ~1859.

According to his and his wife's (Lydia COBURN, dau of Francis COBURN)
pension applications, James moved to Anson Co. about 1798. His father and
family followed the next year. I am trying to sort out the Martin Co. ROSS
families using deeds, but am having difficulty placing some of them. Does
anyone know where the Great Swamp in Martin Co. is? How about the Maratock
River? Or Baley's Creek?

" Youngest daughter". Does anyone know who his daughter Mary married ? I
suspect it might be William ROSS, Jr. His father William ROSS, Sr and

Martin Co. Henry COREY and Hepsabeth ROBERSON had 11 children: Sopha Jane,
