Re the Estate of John Everett, Deceased

STATE OF NORTH CAROLINA.—CASWELL COUNTY.--In Caswell Superior Court of Equity, November Term, 185A --- Samuel Harrison, Joseph Totten and Daniel Everett, Executors of John Everett,. dec'd., Complainants against Nancy Everett, David Caldwell and wife Fanny, William Everett, Milly Everett,. George Everett, David Everett, William Owen and others, Defendants.

ORDER OF PUBLICATION.

In this cause, it appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that Nancy Everett, David Caldwell and wife Fanny, William Everett, Milly Everett, George Everett, David Everett., William Stamps and wife Sally, James Everett, Agnes Furguson. Borland Everett. Signor Everett, John Everett, William Owen and the other children of Sarah Owen, whose names are unknown -- the children of Signor Everett, whose names are unknown — the children of Travis Everett, whose names are unknown — the children of William Everett, whose names are unknown — the children of Skiss Cornelius and wife , Margeret, whose names are unknown---and the children of Mildred Sloyton, whose names are unknown, with the exception of the said Agnes Ferguson, all reside beyond the limits of the State: it is therefore ordered by the Court that publication be made for six successive weeks in the "Milton Chronicle,"  " North-Carolina Standard,"  "Washington Union," in some paper published in Milledgeville, Georgia; in Nashville, Tennessee; in Frankfurt, Kentucky; in Austin, Texas; in Jefferson City, Missouri; in Springfield, Illinois -- notifying the said defendants of the filing of this bill ; and that unless they appear at the next term of this Court., to be held at the Court House in Yanceyville, on the 6th Monday after the 4th Monday in March, 1859, then and there to plead, answer or demur to said bill, the same will be taken pro confesso and heard ex parte as to them.

Witness, Thomas A. Donoho, Clerk and Master of said Court, at office, the 6th Monday after the 4th Monday in September, 1858 .
