Fall term 1849, Petition in the estate folder by John W. Torksey and wife Susan, Major Williams and wife Elizabeth and George W. Gray and wife Sally asking for 1/4th of 1/13th their share ($54.10). They were supposed to be on original petition but were left off by mistake. They are heirs at law.
No date, Petition in the estate folder by Wm. Berry, Isaac Pritchard and wife Elizabeth, Thomas Savils and wife Milly saying they did not petition to sell the land.
Only one page, no description of land and the signature page is missing.

Original copies have corroded along the center fold line and along the lower edges. Additionally the bottom left quadrant of the first page is almost completely destroyed. The date of W.W. Forehand's transcription is unknown however it appears to have been done when page 1 was more intact.
