The Alamance Genealogical Society to pleased to announce the release of the second edition of :
The Malachi Isley Story: With Emphasis on the Malachi> Philip> Martin> Daniel> Jacob L> John Moody Line

This book complements Reverend Isaac Offman`s Iseley Family Record.  It investigates the origin of the ISLEY family, the arrival of the family in America, and migration to North Carolina.  Each generation in the above title, and their children, are explored in depth.  Numerous photographs and documents are provided in this work. Supporting census extracts, and church histories are also contained in the book.  Additionally, several lines missing in the Offman work are provided.  The author is Rex M Isley and he has revised and new information to this book.  He was born and raised within a five mile radius of each of his direct ISLEY ancestors.  He entered the US Army in 1961 and retired in 1993.  He now makes his home in Arab, Alabama.

Index to the second edition of this book is available here...

The reprint is now available
