Eric Wayne Seamone

Unexpectedly at Rollingdam NB on July 10, 2013, Mr. Eric Wayne Seamone, husband of Mrs. Ann (McClanaghan) Seamone of Second Falls NB. Born at Harvey NB on August 27, 1952 he was a son of Olive (Thompson) Seamone and the late Harold Seamone. A loving husband, father, brother and friend, in addition to his loving wife Ann, he is survived by one son, Jason Seamone of Second Falls NB, his mother, Olive Seamone of Fredericton NB, one brother, Ronnie (Monica) of Cold Lake AB, three sisters, Sandra and Susan (John) both of Colorado and Eileen Gaudet of Harvey NB, his mother in law, Verna Walsh of Second Falls NB, a brother in law, Martin Walsh of Second Falls NB, nephew in law, Colin Walsh also of Second Falls NB and several nieces, nephews and cousins. Besides his father, he was predeceased by one brother, Arthur.

Eric was currently employed as a tractor driver for Acadian Seaplants. He was an avid outdoorsman who loved hunting and fishing. He enjoyed keeping busy, whether it was remodeling the house, working on cars or picking up bottles, Eric was a hard worker who could never sit still. In his quiet time he enjoyed watching movies and being with his family and friends. He was also an animal lover and spoiled his dog, Rowdey. He will be greatly missed by his family and many friends.

Resting at the St. George Funeral Home & Crematorium (755-3533) 26 Portage Street, St. George NB from where the service will be held from the Gary E. Waycott Memorial Chapel on Sunday at 2:00 pm with Rev. Reg Ward officiating followed by the interment at the Second Falls Baptist Cemetery, Second Falls NB. Visiting at the funeral home will take place on Saturday from 3-5 and 7-9 pm. In Eric’s memory, donations to a charity of the donor’s choice would be appreciated by the family.
