Peacefully at Passamaquoddy Lodge, St. Andrews NB on November 26, 2010, Mrs.
Marjorie Louise Lee, wife of the late Stewart A. Lee, formerly of Second
Falls NB. Born at Second Falls on April 17, 1916, she was a daughter of the
late John and Jessie (Kinney) Frost. A loving mother, grandmother and
sister, she is survived by one son, Albert (Lilla) Lee of Bethel NB, one
daughter, Jessie (John) Hawkins of Saint John NB, five grandchildren, nine
great grandchildren and three great great grandchildren, her brothers; Louis
(Josephine) Frost and John “Jack” (Pauline) Frost both of Second Falls NB
and several nieces, nephews and cousins. In addition to her loving husband,
Stewart, she was predeceased by brothers; Fred, Morton, Lloyd and Everett
and by sisters; Rose and Edna.
Prior to her retirement, Marjorie worked for Connors Bros at Blacks Harbour
NB. She had a fond love for her flower and vegetable gardens, which she
tended well into her 80’s. She was a member of the Second Falls Baptist
Church and will be missed by her loving family and many great friends.
Resting at the St. George Funeral Home & Crematorium (755-3533), 26 Portage
Street, St. George, NB with visiting on Sunday from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. The
service will be held from the Second Falls Baptist Church, Second Falls NB
on Monday at 2 pm with Rev. Reg Ward and Rev. Gordon Cooke officiating,
followed by the interment at the church cemetery. In Marjorie’s memory,
donations to a charity of the donor’s choice would be greatly appreciated by
the family.
