St. Mark's Church was well filled on Thursday, April 6, for the 2 p.m. funeral service of Mrs. Doris Maxwell, conducted by the rector Rev. R. W. Smith.  Deepest sympathy is extended to Doris' husband, Douglas A. Maxwell, their two sons, Dick and Vernon, and their two daughters, Nancy and Donna and their families, as well as all her relatives, especially her sister, Alice and her brothers, Clifton and Hazen and their families. At 3:30 p.m. on the same day a Memorial Service was held in the St. Mark's Church for the late Lorne Seamans.  Members of the Christ Church Choir, Pennfield, assisted St. Mark's Choir with the special hymns at both services.  Heartfelt sympathy is expressed for Lorne's widow, Molly, and their two sons, Brian and Michael and families.
