Unexpectedly at the Saint John Regional Hospital, Saint John NB on February
1, 2010, Mr. Warren Martin Beney of Saint John NB. Born at Blacks Harbour NB
on March 15, 1954, he was a son of the late Warren O. and Helen “Nellie” M.
(Bradford) Beney. A loving brother, uncle and nephew, he is survived by
seven brothers; Winnfield (Cheryl) of St. Stephen NB, Richard of Beaver
Harbour NB, John (Tina) of Back Bay NB, Danny of Saint John, Kenny of Blacks
Harbour, William (Bonita) of Utopia NB and Gerald of Saint John, three
sisters; Carole (Larry) Hanley of Back Bay, Barbara Joncas of Saint John and
Susan (Marc) Robichaud of Fredericton NB, one uncle, Grovenor (Caroline)
Bradford of Fredericton NB, one aunt, Lola Milbury of Ontario and many
nieces, nephews and cousins. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased
by one brother, Eric, and by one sister, Margaret Chevarie.
Warren had worked for Billy’s Seafood Company in Saint John, and loved
music. He will be missed by his family and many friends.
Resting the Seaview Full Gospel Church, Back Bay NB, from where the service
will be held on Thursday at 2 pm with Rev. Wade Bradford and Pastor Gordon
Cooke officiating. The interment will take place at the St. George Rural
Cemetery in the Spring. Visiting at the church on Tuesday from 7-9 pm and on
Wednesday from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. In Warren’s memory, donations to the NB Heart
& Stroke Foundation or to a charity of the donor’s choice would be
