At the Saint John Regional Hospital, Saint John NB on May 17, 2013, Mrs. Faith Lorraine (Richardson) Hooper, loving wife and best friend of Mr. H. Grant Hooper of Back Bay NB. Born at St. Stephen NB on June 16, 1959, she was the daughter of Gordon Richardson and Eleanor (Parker) McCray. A loving wife, mother, grandmother, daughter, granddaughter, sister and friend, in addition to her husband Grant, she is survived by one daughter, Nicole (Mike) Thompson of L’Etete NB, three grandchildren; Keenan, Konner and Kohen Thompson, her mother, Eleanor (Edward) McCray of Baileyville ME, her father, Gordon (Doreen) Richardson of St. Stephen NB, one grandmother, Geneva Richardson of Deer Island NB, one sister, Angela (Joey) Johnson also of Deer Island, her mother and step-father in law, Helen and Melvin French of Blacks Harbour NB, sister in law, Hope (Ken) Hooper of Fredericton NB, half brother in law, Gary (Muriel) Hooper of Ontario, half sister in law, Brenda (Reece) Johnston of L’Etete NB, one niece, Acacia Johnson, two nephews, Mitchell Johnson and Geoffrey Hooper and many cousins. Faith was predeceased by an infant brother, Danny, her grandfather, Harry Richardson and by her uncle, Harvey Richardson.

Faith was a loving and caring soul. She enjoyed camping in the fifth wheel with her best friend and companion, her husband Grant. She was an animal lover who spoiled her dog Tosa and her cat Charlie. In her quiet time, Faith loved to be in company of her daughter and grandchildren who were her life. She will be sadly missed but never forgotten by her loving family.

Resting at the Sea View Full Gospel Church, Back Bay NB from where the service will be held on Monday at 2:00 pm with Rev. Gordon Cooke officiating followed by the interment at the St. George Rural Cemetery. Visiting at the church will take place on Sunday from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. In Faith’s memory, donations to the IWK Children’s Hospital or to the SPCA would be appreciated by the family.
