Unexpectedly at his residence on January 8, 2012, Mr. Trevor Alan Cochrane
of Breadalbane NB. Born at Moncton NB on May 25, 1977, he was a son of
Robert and Mary (Fiander) Cochrane of Utopia NB. A loving son, brother,
uncle, nephew and friend, in addition to his parents, he is survived by one
brother, Kevin (Tracy) Cochrane and their children, Daniel and Andrew, all
of Port Hope ON, two uncles; Allan (Jill) Fiander of Fredericton NB and
Dennis Cochrane of Moncton NB, one aunt, Barb (Fred) Purton of St. Andrews
NB, four cousins and many, many friends. Trevor was predeceased by his
paternal grandparents, Herbey and Helen Cochrane, and by his maternal
grandparents, Daniel and Josephine Fiander.
After moving to the area, Trevor became employed in the local fisheries and
aquaculture industries where he quickly developed his strong passion for the
water. He was an avid outdoorsman and musician who could often be found
playing his guitar. He will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by his
many friends and loving family.
At Trevor’s request, there will be no visitation. A Celebration of Trevor’s
life will be held from the Gary E. Waycott Memorial Chapel at the St. George
Funeral Home & Crematorium (755-3533) 26 Portage Street, St. George NB on
Friday at 1:00 pm with Rev. John Matheson officiating. Following the service
a reception will be held at the St. George Curling Club, Manor Road, St.
George. In Trevor’s memory, donations to the Charlotte County Cancer Society
or to a charity of the donor’s choice would be appreciated by the family.
