Bonnie was a women whose love of life and family defined who she was. She appreciated all she had and said daily that she was the luckiest woman in the world. She never expected or asked for more. Her big heart always made her one of the first people to step up and help someone when they needed it.

Bonnie’s outgoing and vivacious personality made her the life of any social event and she enjoyed it so much more if surrounded by her family. It was well known amongst her many friends that her family and particularly her grandchildren, were her world. She did her best to make sure she was there for every event no matter how small.

Bonnie worked the last few years of her life as a home support worker and in this found a special calling that her patience, kindness and compassion allowed her to love an entirely new family. These same traits also made her beloved by many of her grandchildren’s friends as a faithful cheerleader at every hockey game she could make.

If there was one lesson in life that Bonnie would hope for everyone she knew to learn and live…it would be keep smiling! The same way she lived her life to the very end.
