Madonna Sue Bryant (Van Horne)



Unexpectedly, at Collingwood Special Care Home, Pennfield, NB, on August 4th, 2005, Madonna Sue Bryant (Van Horne) passed away. Born in Blacks Harbour, NB on June 15, 1974, she was a daughter of Pandra (Butler) Bryant and Wilfred Bryant. A loving daughter, sister, granddaughter and aunt, she is survived, besides her parents, by her foster parents, Brenda and Sherman Van Horne; one sister, Cynthia Bryant (Dana Hanley); two brothers, Corey Bryant (Lori) and James Bryant (Amy); three nieces, Katelyn, Kelsey and Tiffany; four nephews, Jarred, Anthony, Zachery and Jonathan; maternal grandmother, Laura Butler of St. George; step-father, Lanny Hooper; several aunts and uncles; and the love of her life, Bradley McLeese.

Madonna loved music and loved to sing. She enjoyed watching movies on her DVD player. Resting at the St. George Funeral Home, (755-3533), 26 Portage Street, St. George, NB from where the service will be held on Monday at 2 pm from The Gary E. Waycott Memorial Chapel with Rev. Wayne Matheson officiating, followed by interment in St. George Rural Cemetery. Visiting at the funeral home on Sunday from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. In Madonna’s memory, donations to the NB Epilepsy Society, or a charity of the donor’s choice, would be appreciated by the family.
