LEE, STELLA HORTENSE - Peacefully at the
Lincourt Manor, St. Stephen, NB on May 21, 2001, Mrs. Stella Hortense (Goodrich)
Lee of St. Stephen, formerly of Bonny River and wife of the late Lawrence
Lee. Born in St. George, NB on May 11, 1917, she was the daughter of the
late Ira and Mabel (Kinney) Goodrich. A loving mother and grandmother Stella
is survived by her son Henry (Eva) Robbins of Second Falls, one grandson,
Ricky (Connie) Robbins of Bonny River, two granddaughters, Cathy (John)
Scammell of St. George and Brenda (Gregory) Lee of Bonny River; five great-grandchildren
and two great-great-grandchildren, one brother Aldon (Marion) Goodrich
of Beaver Harbour and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by
her first husband George Joseph Robbins and one sister Eunice Jordan. At
Stella’s request there will be no visitation at the funeral home. A private
graveside service will be held on Thursday for family only at the Second
Falls United Baptist Church Cemetery at 2 PM. In Stella’s memory, the family
would appreciate memorials to a charity of the donor’s choice. Arrangements
have been entrusted to the St. George Funeral Home, 26 Portage Street,
St. George, NB (755-3533),
