GEORGE WILBUR
LEE—The death of George Wilbur Lee of St. Andrews occurred
at the Saint John General Hospital on March 21, 1977. A son of the
late Thomas and Josephine Lee of Bonny River, he was employed as
a gardener and caretaker for D W Ambridge, the Fisheries Research and Huntsman
Marine Laboratories.
He is survived by his wife Ada (James) Lee and three sons,
Thomas at home, Douglas, Montreal and Samuel at home; one daughter, Roberta
at home; two brothers, Stuart of Bonny River and Thomas, Moncton; one sister,
Lela of Chamcook; several nieces and nephews.
The body rested at MacDonald Funeral Parlour until Tuesday evening
when the body was taken to the United Baptist Church, St. Andrews, where
the funeral service was held on Wednesday with Rev. Gary Wakefield officiating.
Interment was at Second Falls. Pallbearers were Fred Collins,
Claude Guptill, Freland Duncan, Milton Cross, Albert Lee and Albert James.
