Garry Douglas Frost
1946-2006
Peacefully, at the Saint John Regional Hospital, surrounded by his loving
family, on September 21st, 2006, Mr. Garry Douglas Frost, husband of Beverly (Bradford)
Frost of Second Falls, NB. Born in Second Falls, on February 25th, 1946, he was
a son of the late Douglas G. and Kathleen (Essensa) Frost. A loving
husband, father, grandfather, brother, brother-in-law and son-in-law, Garry is
survived by his wife Beverly, one daughter; Kathie (Terry) Kelson of
Saint John NB, one son; Mark (Eva) of Paspebiac PQ, 7 grandchildren; Matthew,
Paige, Kendra, Jade, Mackenzie, Abby and Alexander, four sisters; Joyce (Graham)
Hooper of St. George NB, Eileen (Geoffrey) Hatt of L’Etang NB,
Olive (Richard) Smith of Pocologan NB, Diane Belliveau of Second
Falls, two brothers; Robert (Judy) of Second Falls, and Stephen (Carol) of
Johnston Settlement NB, one uncle; Merlin Frost Sr. of Second Falls, two aunts;
Nellie Lee of Pennfield NB, Berla Campbell of St. George, and
several nieces, nephews and cousins. He was predeceased by his parents, Doug and
Kathleen.
Garry was an avid fisherman, and enjoyed writing poetry. He loved to collect
antique bottles and unique rocks. He was a member of the Second Falls Baptist
Church, where he was a Deacon for several years and also held various other
offices in the church.
Resting at the Second Falls Baptist Church from where the service will be held
on Sunday morning at 11:00 am followed by interment in the church cemetery.
Visiting at the church will take place on Friday from 7-9 pm and on Saturday
from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. Donations to the Charlotte County Cancer, The Second Falls
Baptist Church or a charity of the donor’s choice would be appreciated by the
