EADIE, HELEN MARGARET -
The death of Helen Margaret Eadie of Rothesay, NB occurred peacefully on Monday, December 23rd, 2002 at the Carleton Manor, Woodstock, NB. She was the wife of the late James H. Eadie and
daughter of the late Anthony and Blanche (Carpenter) Scribner. Survived by four sons, William (Shirley), Burlington, Ont., Roland (Arleen), Port Hope, Ont., John Carr (Ada), Saint John, Robert McSorley (Debbie) Ontario, two daughters, Eunice (Merlin) Fox, Nackawic, NB, Heather Cave, Whitby, Ont., one sister Blanch Dolly Hamilton, Rothesay, nine grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren, special nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband, daughter Mavis, son Gordon Carr, her parents, three grandsons, Mark, Willy, Timmy Eadie, three brothers James, Royden and Thedore. Resting at Castle "Kings Chapel" Funeral Home, 154 Old Hampton Road, Rothesay, NB (506-849-1702) from where the service will be held in the chapel on Saturday, December 28th, 2002 at 11:00 am. Rev. Peter Smith of Nackawic officiating. The interment will follow in Fernhill Cemetery. Visitation at the funeral home will be on Thursday from 7-9 pm and on Friday from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. In lieu of flowers remembrances to the charity of the donors\rquote choice would be appreciated.

EBBETT, JULIA ROSALIE - 1932-2003 -
Julia Rosalie Ebbett of Upper Kent, NB passed away at the Northern Carleton Hospital, Bath, NB on Tuesday August 12, 2003 at the age of 71. Born in Upper Kent, she was the daughter of the late Edward and Ruby (Salmon) Ball. Julia is survived by her husband Hazen, daughters Rose Ebbett-Olmstead of Enterprise, NB, Susan Bushby (Jim) of Florenceville, NB, Fay Milbury (Lynwood) of Woodstock, NB, Nancy Pickard (Peter) of Wetaskiwin, AB, Penny McCain (Stephen) of Florenceville, Jackie Boyd (Mike) of Bath and Peggy Jo Ebbett of Bath, brother Ronald Ball (Nina) of Upper Kent, 14 grandchildren and one great granddaughter. The family will receive visitors at Kilcollins Funeral Home, 31 Hospital Street, Bath, on Thursday, August 14, 2003 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. Funeral service will be held from the Funeral Home Chapel on Friday at 1:00 pm with Rev. Maynard Rector officiating. Following the service, interment will take place in the Wharton Cemetery, Upper Kent. son of the late William and Nora (Tompkins) Ebbett. He is survived by his wife Mabel (Moore) of Peel, children Douglas (Dianne) of Hartland, Eric of Fredericton, Roger (Lorraine) of Bedford, NS, Marion (Allison) Hunter of Riverbank, Brian (Colleen) of Vernon, BC, Marjorie (Dallas) Axford of St. Thomas, ON, Dawson (Sharon) of Peel, eighteen grandchildren, three great grandchildren, sisters, Glenna Allen of Woodstock, Norma (Gilbert) Hawthorne of Stickney, Donna (Ken) Ritcey of Woodstock, nieces and nephews. Resting at the Britton Funeral Home, High Street, Hartland with visiting hours on Saturday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral service will be held on Sunday at 2:30 p.m. from the Hartland United Baptist Church. ELDRIDGE, IRENE VIRGINIA
ORONO - Irene Virginia Eldridge, 90, of Orono, died March 27, 2002, at a Bangor hospital, from heart failure. She was born Nov. 9, 1911, in Woodstock, N.B., Canada, the
daughter of Howard and Violet (Saunders) Faulkner. She is survived by a son, E. Wayne Perrigo and his wife, Beth; a grandson, Jonathan Perrigo and his wife, Alexandra; and two great-grandchildren, Nathaniel and Gabrielle, all of Fort Myers, Fla.; a granddaughter, Jennifer Perrigo of Ganesvoort, N.Y. Irene had been one of Jehovah's Witnesses since 1949, serving as a full-time minister since 1973. She used her time to help others up until her death. She will be sadly missed by her many friends and those she met in her ministry. A memorial service is planned for 3 p.m. Saturday, April 6, 2002, at the Old Town Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, Rt. 2, Old Town. He is survived by his wife, Ruth (Ketch) Elliott, four children; Peter Elliott of Nippigon, Ont.; Thane (Rosemary) of Beechwood, NB; Tammy Elliott of Kitchener, Ont.; Shane Elliott of Kitchener, Ont., eight step-children; Donnie Orser of Ont.; Ronald Orser of Florenceville, NB; Alton Orser of Florenceville, NB; Avis Kouwenburg of B.C.; Lloyd Orser of Centreville, NB; Sharon Orser of Hartland, NB; Carl Orser of Furgus, Ont.; Nancy Stephenson of Woodstock, NB, three sisters, Uta Hanscome of Aroostook, NB; Mini Paris of Tilley, NB; Dorothy Pryor of Williamstown, NB. ELLIS, OLGA ELIZABETH -
The death of Olga E. Ellis of Minto occurred at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Hospital on July 9th, 2003 after a courageous battle with cancer surrounded by her loving family. Born in Woodstock, NB, she was the
daughter of the late Arthur and Lila (Baker) Taylor and wife of Thomas H. Ellis. Olga was an integral member of the United Baptist Church of Minto where she had served as church secretary for eight years and a dedicated member of the church choir. She enjoyed oil landscape painting and was devoted to her three cats, Ringo, Rocky and Nellie. A loving and devoted wife and mother she is survived by her husband Thomas; two daughters, Valerie (Phillip) Kennedy of Montreal, Quebec, and Dianne (Sam) Daigle of Minto; one son, Russell (Mary) Ganong of Fredericton; two step-daughters, Sandra (Neil) Chase of Pennfield, and Donna (Doug) Bell of Hampton; one step-son John (Carol) Ellis of Saint John; seven grandchildren, Jeffery, David and Krista, Alex and Nicholas, and Amy and Benjamin; nine step-grandchildren, Heather, Mike, Scott, Matthew, Julianne, Kim, Cathy, Tom, and Andrew; seven step-great grandchildren, Daniel, Geoffrey, Grace, Baillie, Morgan, William and Sarah and one brother, Donald (Ellen) Taylor of Woodstock. Olga was predeceased by her mother and father, her first husband William Ganong; five brothers, John, Russell, Edgar, Robert and Jack and four sisters, Margie, Ruth, Thelma and Marie. Visitation will be held at Minto Funeral Home on Thursday, July 10th, 2003 from 2-4 and 7-9 PM. Funeral service will be held at the United Baptist Church of Minto on Friday, July 11th, 2003 at 11:00 AM with Pastor Kaj Binderup officiating. Interment will be in the Cedar Hill Cemetery Saint John, NB. For those who wish, memorial tributes made to the United Baptist Church of Minto, Fredericton SPCA or Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.

On Thursday, December 19, 2002 at the Carleton Memorial Hospital at Woodstock, N.B. Gladys Opal (Longstaff) Emery of Centreville, N.B., at the age of 83 years. Born at Knoxford, N.B. in 1919 to the late
Trueman and Florence (Bishop) Longstaff. Gladys was predeceased by her husband of 62 years, Ernest McCleary Emery in 1999. She is survived by three sons, Terry (Joan), Florenceville, N.B., Larry (Linda) and Brian (Sharon) of Boston, MA; eight grandchildren, six great grandchildren; a brother John Frederick Longstaff of Houlton, Maine and a sister Jeanne (Claude) Bartley of Portland, Maine and Lakeland, Florida. She is predeceased by her brother Earle Longstaff and one granddaughter. Resting at the Carleton Funeral Home, 337 Lockhart Mill Road, Jacksonville, where friends may call on Sunday from 2-4 and 7-9. Services will be held on Monday at 10:00 AM from St. James Anglican Church in Centreville with Rev. Chris Vanbuskirk officiating. Interment will follow in the Williamstown Cemetery.

wife of the late Claude Estabrooks of Coldstream, NB, passed away on May 25, 2002 at Pine Grove Nursing Home, Fredericton, NB. Born October 30, 1906 in Kiersteadville, NB, Ida was
the daughter of the late Benjamin and Janet (Bates) McCutcheon. Ida was predeceased by two brothers, Robert (Myrtle) and Lawrence (Pauline) McCutcheon and a sister Mary (Frederick) DeLong. She is survived by nieces Edna (Robert) Hamilton, Ottawa, Ont; Mary McCutcheon, Montreal, Que; Margaret Murphy, Toronto, Ont; Barbara (Ian) Millar, Truro, NS and nephews Dale McCutcheon, Montreal, Que; Robert (Dianne) DeLong, Calgary, Alb; Gerald (Joyce) Estabrooks, Fredericton, NB. Ida was a graduate of the Provincial Normal School and Acadia University and pursued studies in Christian Education at Gordon College in Boston for one year. A teaching career took her to schools in Grand Manan, Gagetown, Canterbury, Moncton and Saint John where she retired in 1966. Ida maintained a life long commitment to church endeavors especially the work of the United Baptist Missionary Union of Atlantic Canada where her leadership skills are remembered with deep appreciation. There will be no visitation. The funeral service will be held on Thursday, May 30, 2002 at 11:30 am at Brunswick Street Baptist Church, York Street, Fredericton, NB. The service will be followed by a reception at the church and interment at 3:30 pm in the Coldstream Cemetery, Coldstream, NB. McAdam Select Community Funeral Home has been entrusted with funeral arrangements.

Philip Allen Estabrooks of Rockland passed away on Tuesday, June 17, 2003 at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Hospital in Fredericton. He was born April 24, 1921 and was the son of the late Samuel and Sarah (Caldwell) Estabrooks. He is survived by his wife Freda (DeMerchant) Estabrooks, daughter Carolyn (Glen) Mills of Coldstream, son Murray (Barbara) Estabrooks of Woodstock, grandchildren Shelley (Rodney) Foster of Fredericton, Beth (Tom) Tompkins of East Coldstream, Andrew Estabrooks of Fredericton, Matthew Estabrooks of Woodstock, great grandchildren Samuel Foster and Wyatt Tompkins, step grandchildren Tony Mills of Woodstock, Andrew Mills of Calgary, sister Jean Schoffstall of Pottsville, Pennsylvania, nieces and nephews. Resting at the Britton Funeral Home, Hartland with visiting hours Thursday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. A legion service will be held on Thursday at 6:30 p.m. The funeral service will be held on Friday at 2:00 p.m. from the Lorne Britton Memorial Chapel with Rev. Estey, Faye 
QUINCY, Massachusetts-- Faye (Kinney) Estey, 80, of Quincy, formerly of Lowell, a former board member at First Church of the Nazarene in Lowell, died Sunday at Quincy Rehabilitation and Nursing Home after a brief illness.
Mrs. Estey was a former Sunday School teacher at the church and a member of several other boards.
She worked as a dental assistant for Dr. James Rooney in Lowell until 1967.
Mrs. Estey was born in Fielding, New Brunswick, Canada, and lived most of her life in Lowell. She moved to Quincy last year.
Wife of the late Gerald Estey, she is survived by a son, the Rev. John Estey, missionary to Southern Africa; and a grandson, Neal Estey of Quincy. She was also the mother of the late Gerald Estey and grandmother of the late Mark Estey.
A funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday at First Church of the Nazarene, Lowell. Burial will be in Edson Cemetery, Lowell.
Visiting is 5 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Morse-Bayliss Funeral Home, 122 Princeton Blvd., Lowell.
