Anne McGann has her as HINSLEY, not KINSLEY nothing else known.
If she married I guess it would have been 1851-1855. I did not find a
Wilkinson in the Carleton Co. Census of 1851 nor did I find anyone with
a wife names Alice or Agnes in Kent in 1851. However, there was an Alice
LLOYD dau of James & Phoebe & granddaughter of Charles who was 8 in the 1881
census. She may be the one married in 1891-1899. Mary Lloyd DOBSON
named two of her daughters Alice & Agnes.

THIRD GENERATION
4. James #2[3] LLOYD (James #1 (4437) Joseph, 2). Born, circa 1818. #4452: no VR found; age 63 in Kent Parish in 1881 with wife Hannah #2 - Free Baptist of Irish origin (also in 1851 census with JONES He married, first, Elizabeth (Mrs.) Burpee, 25 Feb 1845, in Woodstock NB (both from Psh of Wakefield - Carleton County Marriage Records). #4453. [no text] He married, second, Hannah Broad. Born, 1833. #4454. Vol 20 1862-1863 - Vital statistics from Newspapers "The Religious Intelligencer" Aug. 17, 1855 - m - in Kent, Carleton Co. 6th inst by Rev. Charles Bell: James LOYDES & Miss Hannah Broad Children: i. Hubert[4]. Born, 1856. #4467.[no text] ii. Ratchford. Born, 1858 (or b 1856). Died, 11 Aug 1920 (64 yr 4 mo). #4468.[no text] iii. Mariah. Born, 1860. #4469.[no text] 5. "Sarah" or Sally[3] LLOYD (James #1 (4437) Joseph, 2). Born, 15 Apr 1830. Died, 18 May 1865, in Lansdowne NB. Christened, 17 Jun 1830 (of Psh Kent Anglican). Individual flags: *ANCESTOR. #918. Sometimes "Sally" is nick-name for "Sarah" no VR; was age Believe "Sally" d/o James #1 Joseph LLOYD & Mary #1 is also known as "Sarah", mother of Jane May Hayward - possibly found later living with mother Mary & 2nd husband William JONES as Sarah Thomas Hayward was married to Martha NEVERS on 5 Oct. 1861 (ref Carleton County Marriage Records, Book A, page 542 at Brighton, Car. Co., NB) However, quote Carleton Sentinel issue of 20 June 1863, ref. reel #5, M418: "NOTICE. As my wife Martha has left my bed & board without any just cause or provocation this is to forbid any person or persons trusting her on my account, as I shall pay no debts of her contracting. Brighton, June 10, 1863, THOS. HAYWARD". This notice probably explains why Martha NEVERS was not Jane's mother. Quote from Carleton Sentinel issue of 17 June 1865: "CAUTION All persons are forbid purchasing or negotiating a Note of Hand, drawn by the subscriber in favour of Thomas Hayward, dated the 9th day of June 1865 payable six months from date, for $30. The said note having been obtained through fraud, payment will be resisted. JARVIS STONE Woodstock June 10" Len Haywood has a letter from Mrs. Cecelia LLOYD, Peel, CC NB written to her niece, Jane Mae HAYWARD HAYWOOD, in reply to Jane's letter to her inquiring as to who her mother was as Jane understood that her mother was Sarah LLOYD. Although we do not have Jane's letter to Cecelia, if one reads between the lines, it confirms that Jane's mother was Sarah LLOYD. Cecelia has not put year in that she wrote this letter but she says, "They were married here. I know who married them. When your mother died your father's brother took you. Melvin HAYWARD. Your Charles LLOYD (uncle) may know; he is to Caribou. Write to Thomas RIDEOUT. He will know. He lives to Glassville. I remember when they came home when they was married. I think you was born about year afterwards." In 1851 census, Carleton Co., NB, there is listed in household of JONES William Sr. b 1811 JONES Mary ______ b 1800 "LOYD" James ____ b 1820 Irish step-son of Wm Jones LOYD "LOYD" Sarah_____ b 1830* step-dau of Wm Jones -infirm "LOYD" Samuel ___ b 1833 _step-son of Wm Jones plus their own children: _________________________JONES Elizabeth_ 15 _________________________JONES Petience __11 _________________________JONES William #2 _5 *This MAY be my Sarah LLOYD who married Thomas HAYWARD, which would make her mother name "Mary" born 1800, a widow who married Wm. Jones. What was her first husband's name? If this is our Sarah, then she had two brothers, James b 1820 & Samuel b 1833 & Sarah b 1830 - infirm. . Mr. Fred Burnett, Peel, says there were three LLOYD brothers: 1) ? probably Sarah's father; 2) Gideon married Cecelia (letter above); 3) Charles. Mr. Burnett says the LLOYD who applied for a land grant, died before 1809, his widow ____ married again to __TOMPKINS before she took this land grant. There is a LLOYD burial lot on premises of Earle Hallett (his son,__lives there now) but no tombstones, in Peel, property is farm above Burnett, Peel (was original land grant). Charlie LLOYD's daughter is Pearl LLOYD. Etta does not know if Thomas & Martha divorced, or if Martha died, or if Thomas & Sarah LLOYD were legally married or not. Augusta & Bridgewater, Maine have no marriage records (destroyed by fire prior to 1890's). Ref: Daryl Hunter: LLOYD David's heirs were Charles Jr. born 1798, James, Hannah, Winslow. She married Thomas HAYWARD, son of George #3-884 HAYWARD and Miriam #1-893 Amelia SEWELL, circa 1864 (?). Born, 20 Apr 1834, in Lincoln NB (Sunbury Co). Died in Spokane WA. Individual flags: *ANCESTOR. #896. Thomas moved to Ashland, Car. Co., NB in 1836, age 2. He married 1st 5 Oct. 1861 (ref Car. Co. Marriage Records, Book A, page 542 at Brighton, Car. Co., NB. to Martha C. Nevers. This information also in The Nevers Family book by George H. Hayward 1991 P88 HIST. 929.2 NEV. No Sarah Lloyd in this book. Quote from Carleton Sentinel issue of June 20, 1863, ref. reel #5, M418: "NOTICE: As my wife Martha has left my bed & board without any just cause or provocation this is to forbid any person or persons trusting her on my account, as I shall pay no debts of her contracting. Brighton, June 10, 1863, THOS. HAYWARD"" This notice probably explains while Martha (Nevers) was not Jane's mother. Thomas married Sarah Lloyd. Cannot locate any birth record of her, nor marriage document, or date of death or buriel. See LLOYD. Sarah died in childbirth & Thomas Hayward left his infant daughter, Jane Mae Hayward, with his brother, Melvin & Hannah Hayward in Ashland to bring up. Quote from Carleton Sentinel issue of June 17, 1865: "CAUTION: All persons are forbid purchasing or negotiating a Note of Hand, drawn by the subscriber in favour of Thomas Hayward, dated the 9th day of June 1865 payable six months from date, for $30. The said note having been obtained through fraud, payment will be resisted. JARVIS STONE Woodstock June 10" . This supports the theory that Thomas was on-the-run when he left here. It is believed that he went west to Washington State, had a son, died there & supposedly left an estate of more than $75,000.oo, but his daughter Jane was to receive her share but somehow a relative said he would look after her interests but she did not receive her inheritance. (I wonder who that could be!) "TOM THE TERRIBLE" - a Thomas Hayward slung a stove cover which killed a man, & Tom left the area." Child of Sarah LLOYD & Thomas HAYWARD: 7 i. Jane May[4]. 6. Samuel[3] LLOYD/LOID (James #1 (4437) Joseph, 2). Born, circa 1833, in NB. Occupation: farmer.#4451: no VR found; was age 49 in Kent Parish in 1881 with wife Sarah. A Cal.
