The death of Melvin Howard Jackson occurred at the Charlotte County Hospital on November 14th 2002. Born in Wilson's Beach NB, he was the son of the late Randolph and Edna (McPhail) Jackson Predeceased by his wife Kathleen (Matthews) Jackson. Survived by one daughter, Judith (Wayne) Alexander of Wilson's Beach NB; one sister, Helen Brown of Wilson's Beach; four grandchildren, Patti Denne, Barbara Matthews, David Alexander and Deane Alexander; nine great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews. Visitation will be on Friday 7 to 9pm at the United Baptist Church in Wilson's Beach. The funeral will be held 2 pm on Saturday from the church with Rev. Gerry VanderVeen officiating. Interment will take place in Wilson's Beach Community Cemetery. For those who wish, donations to the Wilson's Beach Community Cemetery, NB Heart and Stroke, NB Cancer, or to a charity of the donors choice would be appreciated. The death of
Betty Jackson of Wilsons Beach New Brunswick, occurred at
the Campobello Lodge Nursing Home on January 7, 2005
Born in Campobello, New Brunswick, she was the daughter of the
late Clarence and Aggie (Dow) Matthews. Predeceased by her
husband Robert H. Jackson; two sons Kevin and Bobby Jackson; one
brother and one sister.
Survived by daughter, Dianne (Michael) Chute of Wilsons
Beach; son, Cleveland (Mary Ellen) Jackson of Wilsons
Beach; four sisters, Phyllis Babcock of Wilsons Beach;
Lorene Barteau of Deer Island; Della (Lester) Matthews of
Wilsons Beach; Jewel Calder of Welshpool; two brothers,
Burris (Norma) Matthews of Wilsons Beach; Ivan (Pat)
Matthews of Wilsons Beach; four grandchildren, Jennifer
Lank; Dan Jackson; Joey Jackson; Derek Chute; six
great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
Resting at Wilsons Beach Baptist Church, Wilsons
Beach New Brunswick with visiting on Monday January 10, 2005 from
7 to 9.
The funeral will be held 2pm on Tuesday from the Church with Rev.
Austin Calder officiating. Interment will take place at Head
Harbour Cemetery .
For those who wish, donations to Campobello Lodge Nursing Home,
Wilsons Beach Baptist Church, or to a charity of the donors
choice would be appreciated.
